POSCOS includes AI-powered features to enhance your social media management experience:

• AI-generated captions and content suggestions
• Smart image analysis and tagging
• Automated hashtag recommendations
• Content optimization and scheduling recommendations
• Analytics insights and performance predictions

All subscription plans include generous AI token allocations designed to support normal business use. AI tokens are consumed when you use AI-powered features such as content generation, image analysis, and automated recommendations.

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor AI feature usage to detect unusual patterns or abuse
• Temporarily limit access if usage significantly exceeds fair use thresholds
• Contact you to discuss usage patterns before taking action
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in systematic abuse

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to excessively consume AI resources
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate our AI models
• Use AI features to generate spam, malicious, or illegal content
• Share account access to circumvent individual token limits

While our AI features are designed to assist you, you remain solely responsible for all content you publish using our platform. You must review and approve AI-generated suggestions before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content and are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to POSCOS. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content you upload.

POSCOS's platform, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

POSCOS offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

• Payment is due on the billing date specified in your account
• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide advance notice when possible for scheduled maintenance.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our service. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modifications.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

POSCOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POSCOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. Disputes will be conducted in Tokyo, Japan.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and POSCOS regarding your use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
