Go to Settings β†’ Connected Platforms, click "Connect New Platform," select the platform you want to connect, and follow the authentication process. You can connect unlimited platforms per store.

Yes! When creating a post, simply select multiple platforms from the platform selector. Your post will be published to all selected platforms at the scheduled time. You can also customize content for each platform if needed.

A store represents one business location or brand. Each store can connect to unlimited social media platforms. For example, if you have 3 retail locations, you would need 3 stores, and each store can connect to Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.

Go to Settings β†’ Team Members, click "Invite Team Member," enter their email address, and select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer). They will receive an invitation email to join your store.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings β†’ Billing. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 90 days. During this period, you can reactivate your account and access all your data. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

Go to Analytics, select the date range and metrics you want, then click the "Export" button in the top right. You can export data as CSV or PDF format.

The maximum video size is 500MB per video. Supported formats include MP4, MOV, AVI, and WEBM. Videos are automatically optimized for each platform.

Go to Settings β†’ Security, enable Two-Factor Authentication, scan the QR code with your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator), and enter the verification code to complete setup.
