How to Connect Social Media Platforms
Learn how to connect different social media platforms using OAuth, Channel Access Tokens, and App Passwords
Navigate to Stores and Manage Store
From the sidebar menu, click on "Stores" to view all your stores. Then click the "Manage Store" button for the store where you want to connect platforms.
Click Platform Connection Tab
In the store management page, find and click on the "Platform Connection" tab to view and manage all connected social media platforms for this store.
Choose Platform and Click Connect
You will see a list of available social media platforms. Choose the platform you want to connect (e.g., Instagram, LINE, TikTok, YouTube, Threads) and click the "Connect Platform" button below it.
Method 1: OAuth Connection (Most Platforms)
For most platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and Twitter/X, simply click "Connect" next to the platform. You will be redirected to the platform's login page. Sign in with your account credentials and authorize POSCOS. You will be automatically redirected back after successful authentication.
Method 2: LINE (Channel Access Token)
For LINE, you need a LINE Official Account and Channel Access Token from LINE Developers Console. Click "Connect" for LINE, then enter your Channel Access Token and Channel Secret in the form. This allows POSCOS to post messages to your LINE Official Account.
Method 3: Bluesky (App Password)
For Bluesky, you need to generate an App Password from your Bluesky account settings (not your main password). Click "Connect" for Bluesky, then enter your Bluesky handle (e.g., username.bsky.social) and the App Password. Never use your main account password for security reasons.

OAuth Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Twitter/X, and most other platforms use OAuth authentication. Simply click Connect and log in.

LINE Platform: Requires a LINE Official Account and Channel Access Token from LINE Developers Console. You cannot use personal LINE accounts.

Bluesky Platform: Requires an App Password generated from Bluesky settings. Never use your main account password.

Security: POSCOS never stores your account passwords. OAuth tokens and App Passwords are encrypted and stored securely.

Multiple Accounts: You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform (e.g., multiple Facebook pages or Instagram accounts).

Disconnecting: You can disconnect platforms at any time from the Connected Platforms page. This will revoke access but keep your post history.
